Delivery to the door-step: SALT AND PEPPER provided the „Tafel" of Osnabrück with tomato soups
Quite recently The "Tafel" of Osnabrück - a place in Germany were homeless people voluntarily get fed - got given our delicious SALT AND PEPPER „Hot Pots". The „Tafel" was founded as a registered association in 1996. Since then it has been their target and pleasure to obtain any kinds of foods that cannot be sold anymore for numerous reasons. These are collected in order to be given to the hungry and needy people.
Now you may think what on earth does SALT AND PEPPER, a technology consulting company, have to do with tomato soup? Well there is a simple answer to this question - Our „Hot Pots". They heat themselves automatically through physical reaction and this matches our SALT AND PEPPER concept perfectly: it connects the culinary world with the one of technology - Its Technology consulting with special flavour!
These SALT AND PEPPER soups had been distributed as means of promotion mainly at exhibitions. And visitors accepted them with great pleasure.
Since we still had a remainder of stock of approx. 100 soups in the location of Osnabrück, we decided to give it to the „Tafel" of the area. The director was really pleased and so were we being able to make them happy and also having found a wise usage. For us it as a matter of course to use foods consciously and respectfully.
