The Perfect Dinner - The first!

 

How do SALT AND PEPPER employees spend their free time? It's obvious. They cook together! Thanks to Marc Oliver, master chef, and a very cozy, but modern kitchen, we were able to prepare delicacies, such as apple and potato soup with salmon tartar, homemade ravioli with pea and mint filling, as well as berry ice cream lasagna, in small groups and enjoy them together afterwards. That evening, employees were able to get to know each other a bit better and see how they could handle a blender and filet knife, rather than the usual laptop and mobile phone. Additionally, they were able to once again experience that flat structures really do exist and aren't just talked about. For the preparation of the guinea fowl, for example, Marko Schluroff, Executive Director, followed my instructions, and I watched how he burnt his finger while sautéing the food! To sum it up, there was simply a great atmosphere, the food was delicious, and I'm looking forward to the next culinary event!
