SALT AND PEPPER is winner of the Marketing Innovation Prize

As start-up with an innovative concept SALT AND PEPPER won the "Highlight 2009" of the Marketing Club Bremen.
With the Highlight Price the Marketing Club Bremen awards innovative marketing concepts, which have proved success in practice.
During the year of foundation SALT AND PEPPER started immediately with an offensive and eleborate marketing concept. „We wanted to differentiate ourselves tastefully from the competition", said Sven Scholz, one of the founders and Managing Director of SALT AND PEPPER.
Obviously with success, because the concept convinced the jury and won the marketing innovation price. Laudator Manfred Michel, owner of the RWS Advertising Agency and senator E.h. of the University of Applied Sciences in Bremen appreciated in his speech „the development and implementation of a professional and creative personnel marketing ", which beats the competition.
The fresh SALT AND PEPPER HR marketing, which represented the focus of the marketing activities in the first year of the company, was successful: SALT AND PEPPER could win 80 highly qualified employees.
The chairman of the management, Dipl.-Ing. Sven Scholz and Marketing Manager Kathrin Schumacher received the price in the Parliament of Bremen.
„We are absolutely proud that our concept convinced the jury and that we were able to win this price so soon after our foundation", said Scholz.
Of course, SALT AND PEPPER congratulates the other two winners of the Highlight Price 2009, Kellogg's Marketing Director Roland Brandstätt and his team as well as the Bremerhavener BIS Gesellschaft für Investitionsförderung und Stadtentwicklung.
