New head chef in the team!

My colleagues of the holding executive board and I are very proud that we won our first choice candidate as managing director for SALT AND PEPPER West: André Wilmshöfer.
André is an engineer in process engineering, lives in Düsseldorf and is very well versed in the regional distinctions of North Rhine-Westphalia.
We have been getting to know André in the past. That's why we can estimate him very well and therefore trust him all along.
André will establish SALT AND PEPPER West an be our representative as managing director. In addition, I am pleased that we - as the holding executive board - can benefit of him contemplating great ideas to the business and of hin excessive know-how.
Andrés large commitment in building up the West region has already been crowned with success: In a remarkable short period he established many important business contacts in the area of Cologne and he managed to build up a highly qualified team.With this successful start of the West region and the already existing North region we will now focus on building up the third region which takes us one step further towards our goal which is a Germany-wide consulting network.
We will do our very best to unite Andrés goals with ours and to support him as much as possible.
André, I wish you all the best and always the suitable recipes for our plans!
