Osnabrück: A load of consulting skills on the 4th floor of the Mediapark
Is it luck or destiny, that in the nearby offices of SALT AND PEPPER the two management consultancy companies "custos consulting" and "BENSMANN ACTIVITIES" have their location?
Anyway, there are a lot of synergy effects because of the excellent neighborly relations. For instance it is usual that these neighbors recommend each other to business partners to open the doors to decision makers. In addition to that they carry out brainstormings and mailings together.
Another example for excellent teamwork is a project in a large North German shipbuilding company. It was already a customer of SALT AND PEPPER, when branch manager Timo Seggelmann imparted his neighbor a bulk order, which did not fall in the consulting range of SALT AND PEPPER. The aim of the project was the long-term and sustainable optimization of the company´s organization and internal communication. Not only at the acquisition of new clients support Dr. Burkhard Bensmann (owner of BENSMANN ACTIVITIES), Torsten Wächter (owner of custos consulting) and Timo Seggelmann each other. Dr. Bensmann, author of "Die Kunst der Selbstführung", published in 2009, will soon enrich the SALT AND PEPPER management with a presentation about the same content. Furthermore SALT AND PEPPER could present itself at potential employees by a guest presentation at the FH Osnabruck. This was only possible due to the lectureship of Mr. Wächter.
Moreover Mr. Wächter connected SALT AND PEPPER with an excellent employee, who perfectly fits into the SALT AND PEPPER team. This evidence showed us advantages of a cooperative partnership, from which all parties benefit.
