Practical Insight into HR Marketing - Guest Lecture at the FH Osnabrück
"Theory is one thing, practice is another", means Diplom Verwaltungswirt Torsten Wächter, lecturer in HR Management at the FH Osnabrück. Therefore it is important for him that his students gain practical insights apart from the theoretical basis in the course of the lectures.
SALT AND PEPPER shares this opinion and continues to develop the co-operation with the FH Osnabrück:
Kathrin Schumacher, Marketing Manager of SALT AND PEPPER, presented to almost 50 students, who focus in their studies on „HR Marketing and - Development", on September the 30th the HR marketing concept of the technology consulting company
For SALT AND PEPPER, the employer branding is of big importance because only if you position yourself differentiating, clearly and as an extraordinary employer within the HR work, you can win employees who really fit to the company on a long-term basis.
Kathrin Schumacher presented the wide-ranging coordinated measures and methods, which are used by SALT AND PEPPER in order to achieve the goal of becoming the „most attractive employer of the industry". On the one hand qualified employees shall be convinced and won by these measures. And on the other hand existing personnel has to be bound and motivated permanently.
Torsten Wächter, who leads a consulting company for personnel and organizational development (www.custos-consulting.com)
as main occupation, thanked SALT AND PEPPER for the practical insights: „The guest lecture was a genuine enrichment for the following lectures, because the students internalized the presentation contents and linked the theory again and again with the practical concepts of SALT AND PEPPER."
