Project management trainings for all S::P employees
In the technology consulting sector good project management skills are indispensable as a tool for successful projects. No matter if there are complex long-term projects with large volumes, smaller sub-projects or simply the daily organization of the workspace: The importance of project management skills is constantly increasing. A good reason for SALT AND PEPPER to offer qualified project management trainings to all employees as an entry into the project work.
Right now the kick-off events for the basic course are running in all six SALT AND PEPPER locations. During these events, the course materials are handed out, the mentor of the group is presented, group meetings are organized and all arising questions concerning the training procedure and the auditing are answered.
As always with SALT AND PEPPER, the pleasant is combined with the useful: the participants will learn not only a sound theoretical know-how and practical application of their acquired knowledge. Furthermore, in a pleasant atmosphere with culinary highlights there will arise interesting discussions and there will be an exchange of knowledge and experiences among the participants.
At the end of the course, there will be an external audit and a certificate of successful completion.
This training programme is not a one-time effort, but is offered to all interested employees regularly. Thus, all new employees or those who currently did not have the time, have the opportunity to participate at the course.
