"Spice up your career" with SALT AND PEPPER!
We are pleased with our successful participation on many different job exhibitions. Fortunately our recruiting concept "Spice up your career" is working out very well so that we received a lot of applications afterwards. And we are very sure this was not only due to our delicious tomato soup.
Our goal of the fairs was to find qualified and technology-inspired engineers, economic engineers, scientists and technical economists.
In the course of the recruiting fairs we got to know many interesting people, whom we contacted afterwards to invite them either to our applicant evenings „Have a taste" or to personal interviews in order to find out if a co-operation would make sense. Many of the applicants already have become SALT AND PEPPER employees now and we are positive there are more to come.
We are looking forward to all coming job exhibitions next year and are really curious on the last one of this year which will take place this coming Tuesday: the Bonding exhibition in Hamburg at the university of Hamburg Harburg.
